Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok je orientovan\u00fd hlavne na meraciu \u010das\u0165 a s t\u00fdm potrebn\u00e9 vykon\u00e1vanie servisn\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed. Existuj\u00fa dva z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 princ\u00edpy merania zlo\u017eenia spal\u00edn &#8211; to priamo v spalinovode tzv. IN-SITU a extrakt\u00edvna met\u00f3da.<\/p>\n<p>Pri IN-SITU meraniach je vzorka v spalin\u00e1ch vyhodnocovan\u00e1 preva\u017ene optick\u00fdmi met\u00f3dami. Koncentr\u00e1cie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok s\u00fa meran\u00e9 pri variabilnom tlaku a teplote spolu s vlhkos\u0165ou. Preto je pre \u00fa\u010dely porovnate\u013enosti v\u00fdsledku potrebn\u00e9 mera\u0165 a n\u00e1sledne v\u00fdpo\u010dtom upravi\u0165 korekcie na tlak, teplotu a vlhkos\u0165. Met\u00f3dou IN-SITU sa meraj\u00fa najm\u00e4 tuh\u00e9 zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face l\u00e1tky a aj prietok meran\u00fd na princ\u00edpe ultrazvuku alebo r\u00fdchlostnou sondou. Menej be\u017en\u00e9 ale nie neobvykl\u00e9 s\u00fa aj merania ostatn\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok ako napr\u00edklad HCl a NH<sub>3<\/sub>. Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou nev\u00fdhodou IN-SITU met\u00f3dy je \u017ee nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 overi\u0165 meranie jednoducho kalibra\u010dn\u00fdm plynom.<\/p>\n<p>Pri extrakt\u00edvnom meran\u00ed je vzorka odoberan\u00e1 zo spalinovodu a odv\u00e1dzan\u00e1 k samotn\u00e9mu analyz\u00e1toru. Spravidla je vzorka ihne\u010f pri odbere filtrovan\u00e1 vo vyhrievanom odberovom filtri od tuh\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok a dopravovan\u00e1 vyhrievan\u00fdm veden\u00edm. Pred samotnou anal\u00fdzou je vzorka zbaven\u00e1 vlhkosti a prech\u00e1dza s\u00fastavou jemn\u00fdch filtrov. Od\u010derp\u00e1vanie vzorky zo spalinovodu zabezpe\u010duje obvykle \u010derpadlo alebo injektor nap\u00e1jan\u00fd pr\u00edstrojov\u00fdm vzduchom.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"_Toc19456111\"><\/a>Po\u017eiadavky na udr\u017eiavanie AMS-E<\/h3>\n<p>Automatick\u00e9 monitorovacie syst\u00e9my emisi\u00ed vy\u017eaduj\u00fa rovnak\u00fa starostlivos\u0165 ako v\u0161etky ostatn\u00e9 analytick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my. Vy\u017eaduj\u00fa prevent\u00edvnu \u00fadr\u017ebu a v pr\u00edpade v\u00fdskytu poruchy pohotovostn\u00fd servis. Vzh\u013eadom na d\u00f4le\u017eitos\u0165 AMS-E pri ochrane \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia ako aj na poplatky za vypusten\u00e9 zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face l\u00e1tky, je stanoven\u00e1 legislat\u00edvna po\u017eiadavka pre AMS-E vo vykon\u00e1vacom predpise z\u00e1kona o ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Vyhl. 411\/2012 par. \u010d. 7, odst. \u010d. 5, p\u00edsmeno i) stanovuje po\u017eiadavku na zabezpe\u010denie obdobia prev\u00e1dzky AMS-E najmenej 95% z \u010dasu prev\u00e1dzky stacion\u00e1rneho zdroja, po\u010das ktorej plat\u00ed povinnos\u0165 dodr\u017eiava\u0165 ur\u010den\u00fa emisn\u00fa po\u017eiadavku (pozn.: po\u010das ust\u00e1lenej prev\u00e1dzky) a s\u00fa\u010dasne za kalend\u00e1rny rok nesmie by\u0165 neplatn\u00fdch alebo z d\u00f4vodu udr\u017eiavania AMS-E nevyhodnoten\u00fdch viac ako desa\u0165 dn\u00ed. Pritom plat\u00ed \u017ee de\u0148 nie je vyhodnoten\u00fd u\u017e vtedy ak z d\u00f4vodu najm\u00e4 poruchy, kontroly a \u00fadr\u017eby AMS-E s\u00fa neplatn\u00e9 alebo z d\u00f4vodu udr\u017eiavania AMS-E nevyhodnoten\u00e9 viac ako tri hodiny merania (Vyhl. 411\/2012 v pr\u00edlohe \u010d. 4, odst. \u010d. 7).<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 s\u00fa stanoven\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky na udr\u017eiavanie kvality AMS-E normou STN EN 14181. Norma popisuje tri \u00farovne zabezpe\u010denia kvality, ktor\u00e9 je potrebn\u00e9 pri AMS-E dodr\u017eiava\u0165. S\u00fa ozna\u010den\u00e9 QAL1, QAL2 a QAL3. Prv\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 stanovuje krit\u00e9ri\u00e1 pre v\u00fdrobcov zariaden\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 sa validuj\u00fa v akreditovan\u00fdch in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00e1ch ako napr\u00edklad T\u00dcV. Druh\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 QAL2 stanovuje krit\u00e9ri\u00e1 na zabezpe\u010denie kvality AMS-E, ktor\u00e9 sa uplat\u0148uj\u00fa u\u017e na mieste na nain\u0161talovan\u00fdch syst\u00e9moch. Kontroluj\u00fa ich lok\u00e1lne akreditovan\u00e9 organiz\u00e1cie v p\u00e4\u0165ro\u010dn\u00fdch intervaloch. Ostatn\u00e9 roky sa vykon\u00e1va ro\u010dn\u00e1 sk\u00fa\u0161ka funk\u010dnosti ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 ako AST. Tretia \u00farove\u0148 popisuje sp\u00f4sob udr\u017eiavania kvality pri be\u017enej prev\u00e1dzke, ktor\u00fa vykon\u00e1va prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013e zariadenia s\u00e1m alebo prostredn\u00edctvom externej organiz\u00e1cie v stanovan\u00fdch intervaloch. Ani IN-SITU meranie v\u0161ak nie je bez\u00fadr\u017ebov\u00e9. Analyza\u010dn\u00e1 technika je priamo vystaven\u00e1 vzorke, ktor\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 agres\u00edvna, pr\u00edli\u0161 vlhk\u00e1, pr\u00edpadne s vysokou koncentr\u00e1ciou prachu. Analyz\u00e1tor je preva\u017ene umiestnen\u00fd vo vonkaj\u0161om prostred\u00ed a tak na neho vpl\u00fdvaj\u00fa aj atmosf\u00e9rick\u00e9 podmienky. Tieto faktory zapr\u00ed\u010di\u0148uj\u00fa ni\u017e\u0161iu \u017eivotnos\u0165 meran\u00ed. Pr\u00edstroje s\u00fa pred vplyvom vzorky chr\u00e1nen\u00e9 neust\u00e1lym prefukovan\u00edm. To kladie vysok\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky na pr\u00edvod stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu alebo na elektrick\u00e9 nap\u00e1janie prefukovac\u00edch ventil\u00e1torov. Pr\u00edstrojov\u00fd vzduch je z h\u013eadiska \u00fadr\u017eby vhodnej\u0161\u00ed, preto\u017ee odpad\u00e1 starostlivos\u0165 o filter na san\u00ed ventil\u00e1tora. Ak v\u0161ak je zdroj pr\u00edstrojov\u00e9ho vzduchu nestabiln\u00fd, kvalita vzduchu je n\u00edzka pr\u00edpadne premenliv\u00e1, alebo je rozvod stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu vyhotoven\u00fd z nevhodn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov, m\u00f4\u017ee pr\u00eds\u0165 k v\u00fdpadkom merania sp\u00f4soben\u00fdch zne\u010disten\u00edm alebo po\u0161koden\u00edm pr\u00edstroja. V takomto pr\u00edpade sa dop\u013a\u0148a lok\u00e1lna filtr\u00e1cia vzduchu. Ofukovanie pr\u00edstroja ventil\u00e1torom vy\u017eaduje predraden\u00fd filter cez ktor\u00fd sa nas\u00e1va okolit\u00fd vzduch. V pr\u00edpade zlo\u017eitej\u0161\u00edch prev\u00e1dzok ako cement\u00e1rne, v\u00e1penky, magnezitky nast\u00e1va probl\u00e9m so zan\u00e1\u0161an\u00edm filtra, ktor\u00fd n\u00e1sledne potrebuje \u010dast\u00e9 v\u00fdmeny. Niektor\u00e9 pr\u00edstroje m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 vybaven\u00e9 tzv. bezpe\u010dnostnou klapkou, ktor\u00e1 uzavrie resp. oddel\u00ed analyz\u00e1tor od spal\u00edn v pr\u00edpade v\u00fdpadku prefukovania, v opa\u010dnom pr\u00edpade hroz\u00ed po\u0161kodenie \u010dast\u00ed pr\u00edstroja v priamom styku so vzorkou. Pri meran\u00ed prietoku r\u00fdchlostnou sondou hroz\u00ed upch\u00e1vanie otvorov a t\u00fdm p\u00e1dom ovplyvnenie samotn\u00e9ho merania. Preto je potrebn\u00e9 sondu v pravideln\u00fdch intervaloch kontrolova\u0165 a \u010disti\u0165 prefukom. \u010cistenie r\u00fdchlostnej sondy sa vykon\u00e1va bu\u010f ru\u010dne alebo automaticky pomocou riadiacej jednotky.<\/p>\n<p>In-Situ meranie je osved\u010den\u00e9 procesn\u00e9 meranie, no pri meraniach emisi\u00ed je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 dosiahnu\u0165 s\u00falad medzi kontroln\u00fdm a kontinu\u00e1lnym meran\u00edm pri sk\u00fa\u0161kach QAL2. Z tohto d\u00f4vodu je roz\u0161\u00edrenej\u0161\u00edm sp\u00f4sobom merania pri AMS-E extrakt\u00edvna met\u00f3da.<\/p>\n<h4><a name=\"_Toc19456114\"><\/a>Extrakt\u00edvna met\u00f3da<\/h4>\n<p>Extrakt\u00edvna met\u00f3da je z h\u013eadiska \u00fadr\u017eby n\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ia. Aby sa vzorka pripravila pre analyz\u00e1tor na vyhovuj\u00face parametre, je potrebn\u00e9 pou\u017ei\u0165 viacero zariaden\u00ed a to zvy\u0161uje celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na ich \u00fadr\u017ebu. Analyza\u010dn\u00e1 technika je pri tejto met\u00f3de chr\u00e1nen\u00e1 vplyvu agres\u00edvnej vzorky syst\u00e9mom pr\u00edpravy vzorky. Preva\u017ene je chr\u00e1nen\u00e1 aj pred atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdmi vplyvmi umiestnen\u00edm v klimatizovan\u00fdch kontajneroch alebo rozv\u00e1dza\u010doch. Preto s\u00fa extrakt\u00edvne merania stabilnej\u0161ie a dosahuj\u00fa vy\u0161\u0161iu \u017eivotnos\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Najproblematickej\u0161ie \u010dasti extrakt\u00edvneho merania s\u00fa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>odberov\u00fd filter<\/li>\n<li>\u010derpadlo vzorky<\/li>\n<li>chladi\u010d vzorky s peristlaltick\u00fdmi \u010derpadlami<\/li>\n<li>dodato\u010dn\u00e1 jemn\u00e1 filtr\u00e1cia<\/li>\n<li>tesnenia (najm\u00e4 v HOT-WET) syst\u00e9moch<\/li>\n<li>zdroje energie (elektrick\u00e9 nap\u00e1janie, pr\u00edvod vzduchu)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Odberov\u00fd filter<\/u> b\u00fdva preva\u017ene keramick\u00fd, pr\u00edpadne nerezov\u00fd a v\u00fdnimo\u010dne z in\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu. Filter okrem zan\u00e1\u0161ania sa prachov\u00fdmi \u010dasticami vie absorbova\u0165 aj ostatn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu spomali\u0165 reakciu meracieho syst\u00e9mu. To m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 vyhodnoten\u00e9 ako nezhoda pri QAL2\/AST. Toto m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 aj pr\u00edpadn\u00fd sorbent, ktor\u00fd je do syst\u00e9mu d\u00e1vkovan\u00fd a n\u00e1sledne sa usad\u00ed vo filtri.. Filter je v\u017edy ohrievan\u00fd aby nepri\u0161lo ku kondenz\u00e1cii. Vysok\u00e1 teplota a agres\u00edvne l\u00e1tky negat\u00edvne vpl\u00fdvaj\u00fa na tesnenia filtra, ktor\u00e9 degraduj\u00fa a najm\u00e4 pri otv\u00e1ran\u00ed filtra doch\u00e1dza k ich po\u0161kodeniu.<\/p>\n<p><u>\u010cerpadlo vzorky<\/u> ako v\u00fdkonn\u00e1 s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 syst\u00e9mu s pohybliv\u00fdmi \u010das\u0165ami podlieha trval\u00e9mu opotrebovaniu. \u010casto doch\u00e1dza k pretrhnutiu membr\u00e1ny alebo priamo k zadreniu motora. Injektor ako n\u00e1hradn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie od\u010derp\u00e1vania vzorky podlieha zan\u00e1\u0161aniu a t\u00fdm p\u00e1dom prich\u00e1dza k zn\u00ed\u017eeniu v\u00fdkonu.<\/p>\n<p><u>Chladi\u010d vzorky<\/u> je oby\u010dajne vybaven\u00fd peristaltick\u00fdmi \u010derpadlami, ktor\u00e9 od\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00fa vzniknut\u00fd kondenz\u00e1t. \u010casom prich\u00e1dza k zdeformovaniu hadi\u010diek v \u010derpadl\u00e1ch a t\u00fdm p\u00e1dom k znefunk\u010dneniu od\u010derp\u00e1vania. Ostatn\u00e9 \u010dasti chladi\u010da vzorky s\u00fa z prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska dlhodobo spo\u013eahliv\u00e9<\/p>\n<p><u>Dodato\u010dn\u00e1 filtr\u00e1cia vzorky<\/u> b\u00fdva v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou realizovan\u00e1 za chladi\u010dom vzorky, kde sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa filtre s koalescen\u010dnou funkciou, jemn\u00e9 filtre, pr\u00edpadne absorp\u010dn\u00e9 filtre. Zvykn\u00fa sa pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 aj pasce kondenz\u00e1tu ako posledn\u00e9 ochrann\u00e9 elementy, ktor\u00e9 ochr\u00e1nia analyz\u00e1tor pred po\u0161koden\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p><u>Tesnenia<\/u> b\u00fdvaj\u00fa ve\u013emi exponovan\u00fd spotrebn\u00fd materi\u00e1l najm\u00e4 v HOT-WET syst\u00e9moch, kedy s\u00fa udr\u017eiavan\u00e9 pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, be\u017ene 180\u00b0C. Probl\u00e9m nast\u00e1va najm\u00e4 na \u010dastiach udr\u017eiavan\u00fdch v podtlaku. Tesnenia podobne ako v odberovom filtri podliehaj\u00fa degrad\u00e1cii vplyvom vysokej teploty a agres\u00edvnych l\u00e1tok.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cast\u00fdm zdrojom por\u00fach AMS-E s\u00fa probl\u00e9my s pr\u00edvodmi energi\u00ed. V pr\u00edpade v\u00fdpadkov elektrick\u00e9ho pr\u00fadu nedoch\u00e1dza len k v\u00fdpadku AMS-E ale vznikaj\u00fa aj n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 po\u0161kodenia jemn\u00fdch elektron\u00edk pr\u00edstrojov. Pr\u00edvod pr\u00edstrojov\u00e9ho vzduchu pre syst\u00e9my, ktor\u00e9 ho potrebuj\u00fa pre svoju \u010dinnos\u0165 b\u00fdva taktie\u017e \u010dast\u00fdm zdrojom v\u00fdpadkov merania. Stanovenie intervalu rev\u00edzi\u00ed AMS-E mus\u00ed zoh\u013ead\u0148ova\u0165 n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165 aplik\u00e1cie, robustnosti pou\u017eit\u00fdch met\u00f3d a zariaden\u00ed, veku zariaden\u00ed ako aj v\u00fdskytu mimoriadnych situ\u00e1ci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 sa udiali medzi rev\u00edziami. \u0160tandardne sa vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa polro\u010dne alebo raz ro\u010dne. V\u00fdsledkom rev\u00edzie by mala by\u0165 spr\u00e1va, ktor\u00e1 zhodnot\u00ed stav zariadenia, jeho opotrebenie a dosiahnut\u00e9 parametre pri sk\u00fa\u0161ke. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 by mala vopred indikova\u0165 potrebu v\u00fdznamnej opravy alebo dokonca v\u00fdmeny zariadenia. V pr\u00edpade zlyhania zariaden\u00ed najm\u00e4 sofistikovanej\u0161\u00edch syst\u00e9mov hroz\u00ed dlhodob\u00fd v\u00fdpadok AMS-E.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u017eiadavku na dostupnos\u0165 AMS-E tak ako je zadefinovan\u00e1 v legislat\u00edve sleduje vyhodnocovac\u00ed syst\u00e9m. Je vyjadren\u00e1 na v\u0161etk\u00fdch protokoloch v percent\u00e1ch pre ka\u017ed\u00fa zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facu l\u00e1tku samostatne.<\/p>\n<h3><a name=\"_Toc19456116\"><\/a>Zodpovednos\u0165 za \u00fadr\u017ebu AMS-E<\/h3>\n<p>Legislat\u00edva ur\u010duje povinnos\u0165 udr\u017eiava\u0165 AMS-E prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013eovi.
